Twenty minutes.
Your programme, set up live.
Not a slide deck — we take your actual policy, draw the approval chain, and make a test booking while you watch.
What the twenty minutes covers
Your account, configured, while you watch.
Nothing is a mock-up. Whatever we build on the call is the account you keep if you go ahead, and it is deleted if you don’t.
Your policy, entered
Cabin rules, fare caps, advance-purchase windows and the exceptions everybody actually uses. If the policy is informal, we write it down with you.
Your approval chain, drawn
Who approves what, and at which threshold. Approvals hold the fare while the approver reads their email, which is the part most tools get wrong.
A real test booking
On a route you actually fly, priced end to end with taxes and carrier charges broken out. Ticketed by a person, typically within 4–8 working hours.
Who should be on the call
Two people, usually.
- Whoever owns the travel policy — often office ops or HR
- Whoever signs off the spend, if that is someone else
- Nobody from procurement is required — there is no contract to sign
Spending under $50k a year?
Say so, and we’ll route you out of here.
The spend band on the form is not lead scoring. Pick the small one and it swaps the demo slots for the self-serve business account — same desk, same fares, monthly invoice, open in about ten minutes.

One call, then we leave you alone.
A human confirms the slot within the hour. If the demo isn’t a fit, that is the end of it — no sequence, no nurture track, no second sales rep.
